Virtual Screening

In order to facilitate the drug discovery efforts for cancer immunotherapy, we offered virtual screening service given a designated checkpoint therapeutic target (among the database entities) against small or medium-size compound database or peptide database. The virtual screening is empowered by our recently developed in-house docking tool FIPSDock with an advanced sampling algorithm.
