This page is dedicated as a virtual tutorial for a few important modules in the CKTTD database. Users may easily learn how to use the database by reading this tutorial.

1.     Checkpoint target

We use ‘TIGIT’ as an example to demonstrate how to use the ‘Target’ module. For convenient purpose, we provided each target with three selected recent articles as references.

2.     ‘Oncomine’ data for a specific target

We use the Oncomine data for ‘TIGIT’ as an example to demonstrate how to check the expression profiles of TIGIT in various cancer types. Notes: Although we can’t provide the detailed expression values for all the tumor types, use can register and check the expression profiles of a specific checkpoint target in Oncomine database.

3.     Modulator

We use ‘Nivolumab’ as an example to demonstrate how to use the ‘Modulator’ module.

4.     Score

This is to demonstrate how to use the ‘Score’ module.

5.     miRNA

This is to demonstrate how to use the ‘miRNA’ module.

6.     LncRNA

This is to demonstrate how to use the ‘LncRNA’ module.
